Directions for Use

  1. Clean hands and prepare the wound area.
  2. Apply Electrocyn Sóma directly onto the wound to soak, or saturate a gauze and place on the wound.
  3. Allow to act; no dilution required.
  4. Cover with a secondary dressing as required.
  5. May also be used to moisten dressings and loosen encrusted dressings.

Indications

Cleansing and rinsing of various wounds: chronic wounds (diabetic foot ulcer, pressure ulcer, venous leg ulcer), acute wounds, cuts, bite wounds, lacerations, abrasions, surgical wounds, burns up to 2nd degree, fistulas, abscesses and soft-tissue injuries.

Cautions

Do not use if the tamper-proof seal is damaged. Do not use if hypersensitive to sodium hypochlorite. Seek medical attention for serious, deep or infected wounds. For external use only.
